<p><span></span></p><p><b><span>Title: Lync admin</span></b><br /></p><p><b><span>Location: Indianapolis</span></b><b><span>, IN</span></b></p><p><u><span></span></u></p><p><u></u></p><p><u><span>Job Description</span></u><span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>To Build and Migrate the Client’s Lync/Skype Environment </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Note: We are looking for Architect skills, more than the administrators skills (Proficiency Level : L3 and above)</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><u><span>Expected Skillset</span></u><span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>7-12 Years’ experience on designing and managing large Exchange Environments</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>• Microsoft Exchange on Premise/Office 365 - Exchange Online</span></p><p><span>• Active Directory</span></p><p><span>• Active Directory Federation Services</span></p><p><span>• Microsoft Lync on Premise/Lync Online</span></p><p><span>• Design a large enterprise-level solution upon technical, application and business requirements</span></p><p><span>• Capacity planning, disaster recovery, performance tuning and testing, logical and physical architecture design</span></p><p><span>• Knowledge to develop and execute complex deployment scenarios</span></p><p><span>• Consulting to support hybrid platform solutions and platform rationalization for customers.</span></p><p><span>• Environmental changes – consolidation, platform upgrades, and divestitures of Exchange, Office 365/Exchange Online, Lync and Active Directory platforms.</span></p><p><span>• Migrations from legacy Exchange to Exchange 2013 and Office365</span></p><p><span>• Migrations from Lotus Notes to Exchange and/or Office 365.</span></p><p><span>• Understanding of Public Folder and PST migration complexities.</span></p><p><span>• Dell/Quest and/or Binary Tree migration tools a plus</span></p><p><span>• Archiving solutions such as EMC, Symantec EVault, etc.</span></p><p><span>• Hygiene solutions such as: Ironport, Forefront, Messagelabs, etc.</span></p><p><span>• MS Windows Server 2003/2008/2012</span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of MS HyperV</span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of MS security (Patch Management)</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><br /></p><p><i></i></p> <p>Akash Singh<br /><br /><span>Phone: +</span>1 (904 240-4265<span>)<br /><br />Akash(dot)singh(at)nlbservices(dot)com</span><br /></p>
