Our brand promise - Makes Work Life Better™- Reflects our commitment to employees, customers, partners and communities globally.   About the opportunity   The Sr. Program Manager, Enablement is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering scalable enablement solutions that support GCO priorities and Boundless Workforce operating model. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact enablement programs that drive capability, consistency, and performance. This position requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong program execution skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to build creative, efficient enablement approaches that scale. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, works independently, and influences without direct authority.   What you’ll get to do   Enterprise Enablement Strategy & Execution Design and execute enablement initiatives aligned to GCO priorities and the Boundless Workforce support model Translate business objectives into structured learning pathways, tools, playbooks, and adoption frameworks Deliver scalable solutions that balance speed, efficiency, and impact Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leaders across services, training, onboarding, workforce management, quality, and operations to align enablement efforts Facilitate working sessions to identify capability gaps and co-create solutions Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and sustained adoption Stakeholder Management & Influence Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, aligning on priorities, scope, and success metrics Navigate competing demands and influence decisions without formal authority Proactively identify emerging needs and surface opportunities for enablement support Program Design & Delivery Develop structured, scalable enablement content and experiences (learning programs, workshops, toolkits, job aids, communications) Drive adoption through clear execution plans and stakeholder engagement Continuously refine programs based on feedback and measurable outcomes   Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track KPIs tied to enablement effectiveness and operational outcomes Use data and insights to adjust approach and improve impact over time   Skills and experience we value   5+ years of experience in enablement, workforce capability, learning and development, or related field Experience delivering enterprise-wide programs in complex, global environments Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Strong program management and execution discipline Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable solutions Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams Creative problem solver with a bias toward scalable, efficient solutions   What will make you stand out   Experience in SaaS, HCM, or professional services environments Familiarity with operating model transformation or workforce enablement initiatives   Hiring Manager: Carol Osorio Recruiter: Jhana Bunag  Grade: 11   What’s in it for you Dayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
