THE OPPORTUNITY Silvus is seeking a Support Logistics Associate who will report to the Director of Applications Engineering. The successful individual in this role will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and maintaining loan inventory, as well as handling RMAs and other sales-related activities. Additionally, this role will involve occasional assistance with testing events, including equipment preparation, transportation, as well as setup and teardown support. This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the cleaning, configuration, preparation, and shipping of Loan radios and accessories. Receive, unpack, and process internal RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations). Assist with RMA shipments as needed, with primary responsibility held by the Shipping team; assist in packing and shipping outbound customer orders during periods of high demand with manager's approval. Oversee all aspects of outbound domestic and international shipments, including inspection, packing, and paperwork preparation. Maintain and manage Loan Inventory facilities and associated items. Conduct routine, monthly inventory audits, ensuring physical equipment counts match inventory software counts and loan inventory is neatly organized. Unpack and inspect incoming packages, ensuring all items are properly accounted for, in good, working order, cleaned, and stored in an organized manner. Manage inventory of packaging materials.
