We are seeking a visionary Staff Product Marketing Manager to shape and drive the future of the Discord Nitro third-party benefits ecosystem.
In this high-impact role, you will define the strategic roadmap for our growing portfolio of partner perks, collaborating closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to identify and secure the right partners, craft compelling, data-driven value propositions, and equip partner-facing teams with the narratives and enablement materials they need to succeed. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end consumer go-to-market strategy for the entire program and all new perk launches, working in lockstep with both our partners and Discord’s cross-functional marketing teams.

What You'll Be Doing
Define and evolve Nitro’s benefits strategy, partnering with our Partnerships team to identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact third-party perks that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Own sales enablement for our partner program, equipping the Partnerships team with clear value propositions, compelling narratives, and pitch materials, and supporting them throughout the full partner journey — from initial outreach and pitching to negotiation and signing.
Lead go-to-market for the Nitro third-party benefits program, developing and continuously refining the program’s value proposition, shaping how we position it to users, and driving launches and ongoing campaigns that make 3P benefits a core, growth-driving pillar of the Nitro offering.
Measure and optimize program performance, running partner reviews, producing case studies, and scaling best practices to grow engagement and renewals.
What you should have
You have 6+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or related fields, ideally with consumer subscription or platform products.
You’re both a strategic storyteller and operator, able to connect high-level brand value to detailed GTM execution.
You have experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams, supporting pitch development, building enablement materials, and influencing partner decision-making.
You excel at cross-functional leadership, bringing together cross functional teams to successfully deliver high complexity launches.
You’re deeply familiar with gaming, digital entertainment, or consumer tech ecosystems — you understand what motivates users and what makes value propositions resonate.
You love combining data, creativity, and partnerships to deliver programs that delight users and move the business.
What you should have
Experience in subscription marketing, loyalty or membership programs, or consumer partnership development.
Background in gaming, entertainment, or digital lifestyle brands.
Experience running global co-marketing or partner programs.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000 to $229,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
