As part of the Global Enterprise Operations organization, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in the APAC Workplace team. This team is focused on providing an efficiently run, safe, amazing, inspiring, and consistent experience for our colleagues, visitors, and partners. The main responsibilities of the Workplace team are to create an excellent and best-in-class Workplace environment and experience, enabling our Netflix employees to do their best work and drive the business forward. The successful candidate will be a thought leader who’s highly adaptable, proactive, and resourceful in leading a diverse team in delivering a stunning Workplace experience for our employees and visitors in a fast-paced environment. We're seeking a visionary Workplace leader to spearhead our Eyeline Korea Workplace team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. As a strategic partner and leader in the Global Workplace team, you'll drive operational efficiency, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional Workplace experiences that support growth and innovation for our stunning colleagues and Netflix partners. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction on workplace services, including planning, operations, and Environmental Health & Safety Lead office expansion, relocation, and optimization projects, ensuring seamless execution Foster strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and partners to achieve operational excellence Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management Oversee budget planning and financial management Collaborate with business leaders to deliver exceptional Workplace experiences, driving business outcomes Maintain compliance documents, participate in EH&S and ERT, and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading Workplace teams Extensive expertise in Workplace Experience and Operations, Hospitality, F&B programs, Employee and Workplace Health and Safety Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing vendors and contingent workers Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes Passionate about delivering exceptional Workplace experiences and driving innovation Prior experience in the tech or entertainment industry is a plus Netflix offers a unique culture that values freedom and responsibility.  You can learn more via the Netflix culture memo and jobs site .
