This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, high-accountability environments and wants to build deeper experience in cybersecurity operations, RMF, and classified systems security.<br><br>You will be a key part of our Cyber Assurance Team, ensuring all data movement, systems artifacts, and compliance activities are executed with precision, documentation accuracy, and alignment with DAAPM/DAAG, JSIG, NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and internal security workflows.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO </strong></h4> <ul> <li>Secure Data Transfer Operations (~3-4 hours daily)</li> <li>Conduct daily secure data transfers between air-gapped classified networks using approved media and methods.</li> <li>Maintain rigorous chain-of-custody, transfer logs, and audit artifacts in accordance with DAAPM/DAAG/JSIG requirements.</li> <li>Perform media sanitization, classification reviews, and verification of proper markings and labeling.</li> <li>Identify and report anomalies, improper data, or transfer issues immediately to ISSM/ISSO leadership.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Familiar and comfortable with monitoring of RMF authorization, implementation, and end of life cycles processes.</li> <li>Intricately familiar with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) DAAPM, JSIG, applicable NIST publications, and RMF.</li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge of exploits, attacks, and tools used by skilled hackers.</li> <li>Knowledge of RMF Cybersecurity (ISSM / ISSO) or related discipline in support of classified networks.</li> <li>Security+ or equivalent certification / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (DoD 8140 compliance).</li> <li>Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Prefer experience or knowledge of modern software development techniques and processes and their security (CI pipelines, microservices architectures, cloud and container based deployments).</li> <li>Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.).</li> <li>AWS / Cloud certifications.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$113,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$149,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
