Working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations, Deployments oversees forward logistics, site installation, maintenance repairs, field inventory management, sustainment and reverse logistics. The team is central to ensuring effective customer and mission success, shaping the future of Anduril's defense solutions.<br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></span></p> <p>We are seeking an Logistics Program Manager to oversee all developmental logistics tasks, establish technologies using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. You must be able to work independently and will have sole responsibility to deliver Logistics CDRLs. This will require a breadth of understanding both commercial and military logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, and a deep appreciation for details. For this position, we are searching for an individual who can bring experience working on government programs to Anduril and help us continue to scale our capabilities in government and DoD logistics.<br><br>A successful candidate will thrive at the intersection of logistics, technical operations, program management, and cross-functional projects. You will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time, successful deployments in support of critical missions around the world. The ability to influence within the company and directly with the customer is paramount. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned logistician with a passion for national security and cutting-edge technology.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Logistics Program Management</li> <ul> <li>Manage all phases of the program from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained</li> <li>Develop, coordinate, and manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure all logistics documentation meets contractual and operational requirements.</li> <li>Participate with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration.</li> </ul> <li>Lead Scale Logistics Operations:</li> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of logistics operations from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment, ensuring that all logistical elements are executed seamlessly.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams to establish design concepts and criteria, ensuring that logistical considerations are integrated into product development and deployment strategies.</li> <li>Develop and refine SOPs and processes that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and consistency across deployments.</li> </ul> <li>Stakeholder Engagement</li> <ul> <li>Serve as the main owner of all logistics and sustainment issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively with ...
