From role scoping and workforce planning conversations to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing, you take full accountability for delivering strong hiring outcomes — across your home market and, ideally, across multiple countries in the region.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You proactively build and nurture talent pipelines. You don’t wait for inbound applicants — you market map, headhunt, and engage passive talent early so the right candidates are ready when the business needs them.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You generate market intelligence. You leverage multiple platforms, communities, talent data tools, and AI-powered sourcing solutions to uncover insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor movements.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You turn data into hiring strategy.
