<p>We are seeking a highly dedicated and customer-centric People Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. As a People Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Our ideal candidate is one with at least <strong>3-5 years of overall experience</strong> in HR Operation/Shared Services and <strong>2 years of relevant experience in HRIS tools like Workday ServiceNow</strong>.</p>
<p>As a<strong> People Services Specialist</strong>, you will play a crucial role in supporting the people strategy through the development, optimization, and implementation of people processes and programs. You will also oversee the day-to-day responsibilities associated with people operations. We’re looking for a candidate who is collaborative and passionate about developing and implementing innovative HR processes and solutions.</p>
