You'll manage and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers while partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to translate business needs into a prioritized, high-impact engineering backlog. A key part of this role is balancing long-term platform health with near-term business needs, while driving operational excellence through strong sprint management, clear delivery expectations, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>You'll also champion the integration of AI-native solutions across our operations and go-to-market systems and within team workflows, helping GitLab scale efficiently.
