<p>As a Salesforce Engineering Manager at GitLab, you will lead the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our Salesforce platform and integrated go-to-market applications. You'll manage and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers while partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to translate business needs into a prioritized, high-impact engineering backlog. A key part of this role is balancing long-term platform health with near-term business needs, while driving operational excellence through strong sprint management, clear delivery expectations, and continuous improvement.</p>
<p>You'll also champion the integration of AI-native solutions across our operations and go-to-market systems and within team workflows, helping GitLab scale efficiently. This role includes leading large, complex programs that drive business transformation, ensuring our platform remains scalable, secure, and compliant as we grow.</p>

<h2>What you'll do</h2>

<li value="3">Champion the integration of AI-native solutions within operations and go-to-market systems and within engineering workflows to improve efficiency and unlock new capabilities.</li>
<li value="4">Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations) to translate business needs into a prioritized engineering backlog and delivery plan.</li>
