You will work closely</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222;"> with Product Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, Software, Quality and Operations. The ideal candidate has incredible organization skills and is able to get things done with timeliness and autonomy while building strong teams.<br><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Collaborate with leads from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Management, Quality, and Operations to create detailed and comprehensive program plans</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Handle key supplier relationships including but not limited to engineering suppliers, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000;">Establish a comprehensive program schedule with all dependencies and identified critical paths at each stage of the program</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Develop and manage program budgets for large projects from prototype through launch</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: #000000;">Maintain, track and update program level risks, mitigation plans, upcoming landmarks, and team priorities while also ensuring multi-functional alignment and agreement on those areas</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Be the primary contact for all engineering builds and activities during development at our manufacturing sites, including build plan and clear-to-build</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to manage high-level executive communications for senior leadership updates and program review</span></li> </ul> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 10pt; margin-bottom: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222;"> </span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222;">YOU BRING TO PELOTON</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">You are self-motivated, willing to take action, pragmatic, and intellectually curious</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">8+ years experience with Hardware Program Management in consumer electronics, fitness equipment, appliances or automobiles</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience in working with Asia suppliers: ODM, CM, JDM</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Managed multiple product development cycles for a hardware complex system with cross functional dependencies</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: #222222;">Detailed understanding of the Product Development Process and broad understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing processes</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire team members</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technical issues or ideas to a wider audience</span></li> <li> ...
