<p>Our <strong>IT Support Team</strong> is responsible for providing all employees with the hardware and software they need to perform the best work of their lives, assisting folks throughout the organization with any technical support issues or questions they may have.<br> </p>
<p>We’re looking for an <strong>IT Support Specialist I</strong> to join our global Lightspeed team in Yerevan. <br>As part of our Worldwide IT Support crew, you’ll play a key role in supporting all Ecwid by Lightspeed employees, both in-office and remote.</p>
<p><strong>Experience Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-path-to-node="8,0,0">You have an Associate’s degree in IT or hold industry-standard certs like <strong data-path-to-node="8,0,0" data-index-in-node="87">A+ or Network+</strong>.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="8,1,0">You’re comfortable navigating and troubleshooting across <strong data-path-to-node="8,1,0" data-index-in-node="79">Apple (macOS/iPadOS) and PC (Windows)</strong> environments.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="8,2,0">You’re early in your IT career, with <strong data-path-to-node="8,2,0" data-index-in-node="55">1 year of hands-on experience</strong> in a support capacity.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving acumen.</li>
<li>Ownership mindset</li>
<li>Warm and grounded communication skills in <strong>Armenian (fluent), English (professional working proficiency), and Russian (intermediate proficiency)</strong>. You are able to describe IT concepts to users without using technical language.</li>
<li>Customer-focused attitude.</li>
<li>Ability to work and contribute as part of a globally-distributed team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide first-level technical support to end-users virtually or in person.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.</li>
<li>Assist users with password resets, account setups, and basic system configurations.</li>
<li>Log and track support requests in a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.</li>
<li>Educate end-users on IT best practices and provide basic training as needed.</li>
<li>Partner with Level 2 and 3 teammates as well as other IT teams to escalate issues.</li>
<li>Ensure office conferencing rooms are functional and organized.</li>
<li>Send and receive hardware shipments for remote users.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.</li>
<li>Assist with routine IT maintenance tasks.</li>
