Rippling’s Employer of Record (EOR) business is scaling rapidly, with operations across 70 countries and growing. As our global customer base expands, the Immigration team is strengthening its operational capabilities to support increasing volume while continuing to deliver timely, high-quality service.
We are looking for a Global Immigration Coordinator to play a central role in the day-to-day operation of our global Employer of Record (EOR) immigration program. This role sits at the heart of immigration case execution, overseeing the full case lifecycle—from intake through resolution—while coordinating closely with internal partners, external legal counsel, and customers across Asia, North America, South America, and Europe.
As the operational owner of the EOR immigration case queue, you will ensure cases move forward on time, stakeholders stay aligned, and issues are surfaced and resolved early. Your work will directly impact response times, customer experience, and the reliability of our immigration operations as the program continues to scale.
This is an exciting opportunity for an immigration paralegal who wants to deepen their global experience and build strong case management and operational expertise in a fast-growing, complex environment. You’ll gain exposure to immigration across dozens of countries and play a hands-on role in shaping how a growing immigration function operates at scale.
What You’ll Do

Own oversight of the global EOR immigration case queue from intake through resolution, ensuring cases progress against defined milestones and reach completion on time.
Serve as the main customer-facing point of contact for EOR immigration matters, managing ongoing communication and acting as the first point of escalation.
Coordinate across internal partners including HR Coordinators, HR Advisors, Tax, Legal, and Operations to ensure all parties have the information and inputs required to meet case timelines.
Oversee and monitor work performed by outside counsel and supporting coordinators without direct people management responsibility, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and progress against expectations.
Maintain clear ownership and visibility across active cases, flagging risks, delays, or dependency issues early and driving timely resolution.
Track and report on operational metrics such as time to first response, case timeliness, and volume trends to support SLA monitoring and escalation management.
Identify recurring issues or breakdowns in intake, handoffs, or execution, and recommend practical improvements to case coordination and workflows.
Act as a key operational stakeholder in future workflow and customer experience initiatives, providing input on intake design, response-time standards, and case management proces ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
