In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software engineering —to build and optimize voice-first experiences that feel natural, responsive, and context-aware. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams to shape solutions that deliver measurable value in user engagement, operational efficiency, and product innovation</p> <p>This is a high-impact role that will influence our platform, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to bring your phenomenal technical chops to ship high-quality and secure code.</li> <li>Design and implement backend systems that are reliable enough to delight care teams in a healthcare setting.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on modern security design principles, threats preventive implementations.</li> <li>Learn new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Work collaboratively and learn together with the rest of the team members - a rising tide raises all boats.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>6+</strong> years of experience in software engineering with Python</li> <li>Proven track record in designing, deploying, and scaling in microservice environments </li> <li>Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels</li> <li>A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail</li> <li>Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with conversational AI solutions, especially voice</li> <li>Fullstack Experience (especially Typescript and React)</li> <li>Having worked in healthcare tech, especially Smart on FHIR, CDS and other EHR integrations.</li> <li>Experience working with data engineering, especially Databricks and Kafka.</li> <li>Experience architecting solutions with Domain Driven Development (DDD).</li> <li>Conversational Spanish language skills.</li> <li>Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to thrive in cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
