We’re proud to be featured on among the fastest growing companies by <a href="https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies">Y-Combinator</a>.</p></div><h3>About the Job</h3> <p>We are seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Pre-Sales to join our Greater China commercial team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams</p> <p>You will partner directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles. You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful integration and launch. This is a presales advisory role focused on deal velocity and technical credibility</p> <h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3> <p><strong>Experience Technical Background</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-6 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant).</li> <li>Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. You can read code samples and explain technical concepts to engineers—even if you don't code daily.</li> <li>Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred.</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise clients in Greater China (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan) is essential.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical Fluency: You bridge the gap between business and engineering.
