<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>Billfazz Payments, a business unit under Fazz Agen, specializes in B2B sales. We provide an extensive network of biller and utility services, along with a diverse range of payment solutions, including payment acceptance and fund disbursement. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented <strong>Business Development Associate</strong> to support our market expansion efforts and contribute to revenue growth.</p>
<p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to business growth.</li>
<li>Drive client acquisition and identify new market opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts.</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth market research and gather insights to assess potential growth areas.</li>
<li>Evaluate prospective clients and coordinate meetings for high-value opportunities in collaboration with the team.</li>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and analyzing prospective clients.</li>
<li>Prepare and present regular reports and insights to the Business Development team to enhance strategic decision-making.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development, experience in B2B partnerships is a significant advantage.</li>
<li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Business, or Management.</li>
<li>Intermediate English proficiency.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li>
<li>Passionate and knowledgeable about the Financial Technology industry.</li>
<li>Highly proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.</li>
<li>Open to fresh graduates.</li>
