You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Success, ensuring our Identity Verification (IDV) platform is seamlessly integrated across diverse regulatory environments and complex enterprise tech stacks.<br><br><strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional SE team. Establish standard methodologies for discovery, demos, and POCs.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Deal Support:</strong> Act as the technical executive sponsor for high-stakes enterprise deals. Partner with Sales to navigate complex KYC, KYB, and AML use cases.</li> <li><strong>Solution Architecture:</strong> Guide customers through API/SDK integrations, advising on onboarding UX, fraud orchestration, and risk thresholds.</li> <li><strong>Regional Advocacy:</strong> Be the "voice of the region" for Product and Engineering, translating local regulatory requirements (GDPR, data residency, etc.) into product feedback.</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Track and improve team KPIs, including win rates, POC conversion, and time-to-go-live.</li> </ul> <div><strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:</strong></strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6–10+ years in Solutions Engineering with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.</li> <li><strong>Domain Expertise:</strong> Deep knowledge of <strong>Identity Verification (IDV), Fraud, Fintech, or RegTech.</strong></li> <li><strong>Technical Chops:</strong> Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and SDK integrations (Mobile/Web).
