Legal Assistant - Provider Enrollment, Licensing & Credentialing Specialist Onsite \u007C\u007C eligible for hybrid schedule based on performance: • Peru (Lima) • Mexico (Chihuahua, Merida) Job Description: The Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Manager is responsible for executing end-to-end processes related to state licensing, credentialing, Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, insurance applications, and regulatory documentation for home care, home health, and hospice agencies. This role supports startup agencies through their full lifecycle, from initial formation to full approval and operational readiness. The specialist manages high-volume, detail-oriented tasks, engages directly with clients, conducts regulatory research across multiple states, prepares and validates documentation, and ensures timely and accurate submissions. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of legal experience is a must • Experience in home care, home health, or hospice preferred. •English C1 • Background in credentialing, compliance, regulatory research, or state compliance is a plus. • Experience handling high-volume caseloads and deadline-driven work. Responsibilities: 1. Managerial Responsibilities • Oversee the fulfillment and management of all Provider Enrollment contracts. • Support Sales team with sales calls, contract review, and contract issuance. • Address and resolve client complaints, issues, research needs, clarifications, or concerns. • Serve as Application Traffic Coordinator. • Prepare and supervise monthly reports, including: • Financial Liability Report • Application Tracker • Submitted/Approval Reports • Manage state-specific issues with Ombudsman’s Offices and State Supervisors/Directors. • Provide coverage for team members during absences and deliver ongoing staff training. • Write and update policies and procedures for Medicaid Waiver applications. • Conduct state and program research to support Sales and internal teams. • Review and prepare Corrective Action Plans and other documentation required by states. 2. Credentialing & Enrollment Responsibilities • Complete credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment applications from start to finish. • Process documentation through state and agency websites, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Communicate with clients to gather state-required documentation. • Perform regulatory research to understand requirements for programs and insurances in assigned states. • Maintain documentation in CRM and spreadsheets, including requirements and application status. • Review applications prior to submission to ensure completeness and correctness. • Educate clients on timelines, requirements, and expectations throughout the process. 3. Administrative Responsibilities • Answer and prioritize incoming calls from current clients. • Enter new contracts into CRM (Nutshell). • Scan, upload, and organize new client documents in the Shared Drive. • Create and audit monthly reports for accuracy and corrections. • Process termination agreements or application cancellations. • Manage daily email and reception tasks. • Assist with copying, faxing, mailings, and staff meeting support. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Hybrid
