📢Email Marketing Assistant 📍 On- Site / Centro Cívico — Full Time 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST / Lima, Perú 🚀 Overview We’re looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented Email Deliverability Specialist to take full ownership of our outbound email infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure high inbox placement, clean sender reputation, system stability, and scalable outbound performance using the company’s multi-domain setups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnostics, systems thinking, and maintaining high‑volume email operations. 🎯 What You’ll Do 🔧 Own and optimize Smartlead campaign architecture 📬 Manage inbox warm-up schedules and sending caps 📈 Enforce pacing controls across inboxes, domains, and daily limits 🔍 Monitor key deliverability indicators (bounce, spam placement, replies, reputation) 🛠 Troubleshoot and resolve SPF / DKIM / DMARC issues 🛡 Address issues like throttling, reputation drops, and domain anomalies ⚙ Build technical 8–12 step outbound campaign structures (copy provided) 🔤 Implement spintax variants as approved 📊 Produce weekly “campaign health” technical reports 👥 Train and support an internal assistant (VA) on best practices and processes 🧪 Requirements • 1+ years of experience in email marketing • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot, Mailchimp) • Familiarity with Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, or outbound ESPs 🧪 Nice to have • Experience with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Solid understanding of DNS, domains, cPanel, Cloudflare or similar • Experience with automation tools, APIs, or system integrations is a plus 🌟 Join Us If you’re passionate about technical systems, email infrastructure, and keeping high-volume campaigns running smoothly, we’d love to meet you. 📧 Apply now #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
