We’ve been changing the game since 2013, and we’re not taking our foot off the gas now. </p> <p><strong>THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION (Monday through Friday)</strong></p> <p><strong>About the team and position</strong></p> <p>The <em>Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition</em> will have the unique opportunity to build, develop, and execute full life-cycle talent acquisition for Carvana’s Operations teams. You will act as a direct extension of our hiring leaders and serve as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring a stellar candidate experience. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a unique and exciting, talent-driven company.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform full-cycle recruiting for a variety of leadership roles across our operations teams.</li> <li>Think outside the box and leverage your experience to find and attract top-tier leadership talent.</li> <li>Develop effective and proactive candidate pipelines for leadership positions using a variety of sourcing strategies, social networking, and relationship building.</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of the skills, experience, and competencies required for each leadership role and effectively assess candidate qualifications to influence hiring decisions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring teams and leaders at various levels, keeping them engaged from in-take conversation to new hire start date.</li> <li>Constantly identify new ways to improve all aspects of leadership recruiting, including the candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, reporting, and quality of hire.</li> <li>Represent Carvana and applicable hiring teams at hiring events as needed.</li> <li>Effectively manage priorities and deadlines to meet the hiring needs of our leadership teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you should know/have</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of talent acquisition experience (full-cycle recruiting), preferably a mix of agency and in-house.</li> <li>Experience with virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing).</li> <li>Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.</li> <li>Experience supporting leadership roles</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing deep market intelligence to inform your negotiation strategies.</li> <li>Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Comfortable with change and can easily adapt.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’ll offer in return</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary.</li> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.</li> <li>401K with company match.</li> <li>A multitude of perks including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more.</li> <li>A great wellness program to keep you healthy and happy both physically and mentally.</li> <li>Access to opportunities t ...
