<p>We are looking for an Order Operations Analyst to join our evolving Sales Operations team located in our New York or Boston office. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth, collaborative environments and is eager to dive into the Order Operations function of the Sales process. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.</em></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performs a review of opportunities submitted by the field to ensure all required documentation is provided and the order is in compliance with company procedures and guidelines</li> <li>Coordinates the resolution of Order Form discrepancies or questions with various internal departments </li> <li>Facilitates signature requests of Legal Agreements, Order Forms, and Vendor Forms</li> <li>Acts as a subject matter expert for External Marketplace orders</li> <li>Provides daily ad hoc training and sales support for opportunity close process</li> <li>Provides suggestions for potential process improvements to optimize Order Operations daily tasks</li> <li>Participates in testing of projects prior to implementation</li> <li>Expands upon Order Operations internal documentation along with the related field facing documentation of current processes</li> <li>Completes all owned tasks by the scheduled month end close deadlines and escalates issues when needed</li> <li>Performs various tasks that impact Customer billing and access to Datadog solutions and services</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years experience in Order Management or equivalent experience</li> <li>Salesforce experience is strongly preferred, not required</li> <li>Familiarity of AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace experience is preferred, not required</li> <li>Strong time management, organization, and detail orientation skills</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and switch gears in high volume and fast paced environment</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple departments</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits and Growth:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generous and competitive<a href="https://www.datadoghq.com/global-benefits/"> global</a> benefits</li> <li>New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan</li> <li>Continuous career development and pathing opportunities </li> <li>Product training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and space</li> <li>Best in breed onboarding</li> <li>Internal mentor and buddy program cross-departmentally</li> <li>Friendly and inclusive workplace culture</li> </ul> <p><em>Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.</em></p> <p style="color: white;">#LI-Hybrid</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation.
