<p><strong>About the Team</strong></p>
<p>Roku’s Content Distribution team sources, negotiates, and closes distribution agreements with the streaming video providers and major TV networks for carriage of their content and service on the Roku platform.</p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>The Senior Content Distribution Manager will be a key member of the team, leading negotiations for app distribution and securing Premium Subscription partnerships to enhance Roku's content offerings and drive platform growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation skills and be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. In addition, the candidate must be a strong communicator who can build and manage relationships and interact with executives both internally and externally.</p>
<p> In this role, you will report to the Director of Content Distribution LATAM, based in Brazil. </p>
<p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Negotiate distribution and premium subscriptions/channels agreements with direct-to-consumer streaming services.</li>
<li>Prepare renewal strategy documents, quarterly company updates, and board presentations about content deals and the overall media landscape.</li>
<li>Participate in all aspects of new business development (deal sourcing, term sheet drafting, long-form drafting, contract negotiation, ongoing relationship management, etc.).</li>
<li>Work with Roku’s legal team to manage the installed base of contracts and negotiate renewals.</li>
<li>Manage and evaluate potential channel partners through content analysis, market demand/appeal, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., marketing, finance, ad sales, engineering) to support and manage relationships with existing partners.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We're excited if you have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years’ experience in content distribution for a major MVPD or content distributor/media company with a track record of closing deals with media companies or content distributors.</li>
<li>Demonstrated passion and understanding of the media landscape and a solid understanding of streaming media technologies.</li>
<li>Excellent deal project management, leading deals from start to end. </li>
<li>Experience working directly with legal teams in reviewing and drafting distribution agreements.</li>
<li>Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities in English. Portuguese will be highly appreciated.</li>
<li>Strong ability to build and cultivate internal and external relationships.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic thinking.</li>
<li>BA/BS required.</li>
