<p>The Account Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction, health, product usage, and retention of Storable’s Risk partners. This role focuses on proactively identifying and mitigating risk, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving adoption and performance across Storable’s risk products.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate has experience managing a portfolio of clients in a SaaS or storage-related environment and excels at building trusted partnerships that create predictable, long-term value.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partners<br><br></li>
<li>Proactively identify, forecast, and manage account risk, including the development and execution of mitigation strategies<br><br></li>
<li>Clearly communicate partner needs and risk mitigation requirements across internal teams<br><br></li>
<li>Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and surface meaningful insights to leadership<br><br></li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product usage, performance trends, and partner needs<br><br></li>
<li>Escalate at-risk accounts as needed and execute retention strategies to reinforce satisfaction and loyalty<br><br></li>
<li>Lead and coordinate client conversations to drive adoption, performance, retention, and upsell opportunities<br><br></li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and a seamless partner experience<br><br></li>
<li>Leverage CRM and Client Success tools to track engagement, account health, and retention metrics<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS or the self-storage industry<br><br></li>
<li>Experience with consultative selling and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities<br><br></li>
<li>Strong relationship management skills with a proactive, partner-first mindset<br><br></li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Vitally, Gong)<br><br></li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined<br><br></li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and develop proactive solutions<br><br></li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li>
<li>Adaptability to changing priorities, processes, and business needs<br><br></li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred<br><br></li>
<li>Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed<br><br></li>
<li>Property Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one</li>
