We are on the hunt for remarkable Technical Program Managers who share our passion, have an understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI Applications to join our Customer Experience (CX) Organization. The CX team is responsible for educating prospective customers on the technical value of CoreWeave, designing and defining customer deliverables and integration points, onboarding and enabling customers, and ensuring successful ongoing operations of CoreWeave within customer environments.</p> <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p>As a Technical Solutions Manager in the Customer Experience organization at CoreWeave, you'll have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Strategic Customer Relationships: </strong>Ownership of technical customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.</li> <li><strong>Define Customer Requirements: </strong>Collaborate with customers and partners to define technical requirements that meet the customer needs for AI/ML.</li> <li><strong>Drive End-to-End Program Execution:</strong> Oversee the execution of complex programs, including planning, resource management, risk assessment, and internal/external stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Engage with Stakeholders/Influence product strategy:</strong> Gather, document, and communicate program requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectives. Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering influencing product direction.</li> <li><strong>Foster Collaboration:</strong> Facilitate effective communication among various teams, including engineering, product management, operations, support, and sales.</li> <li><strong>Build Strong Relationships:</strong> Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and support.</li> <li><strong>Proactively Manage Risks:</strong> Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders to drive resolutions and minimize impact.</li> <li><strong>Measure Success:</strong> Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness.</li> <li><strong>Drive Improvements:</strong> Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance operational speed and quality outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <p>We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diversified experiences to our teams.
