<p>In this role you will partner closely with our product engineering teams hiring phenomenal frontend engineering talent into Airbnb.</p>

Your expertise in sourcing will streamline our hiring process and ensure a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates. <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>A Typical Day: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles </li>
<li>Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels </li>
<li>Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape </li>
<li>Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals </li>
<li>Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process </li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements </li>
<li>Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail </li>
<li>Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders </li>
<li>Represent the company with integrity and professionalism</li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>Your Expertise:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup with elite standards </li>
<li>3+ years of sourcing experience for web mobile engineering roles </li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent in high growth, fast paced environments</li>
<li>Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across multiple channels including web research, professional networks, community ecosystems, referrals, and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Strong data proficiency with the ability to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose pipeline gaps, and adjust sourcing strategy based on performance insights. This role requires using data to drive decisions, optimize conversion rates, and ensure measurable impact across searches</li>
<li>Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and consultative skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus!</li>
