Care to join us?</p></div><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Services Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will play a dual role in our customers' transformation journeys. You will be the primary technical lead, responsible for both the <strong>strategic delivery of process insights</strong> and the <strong>architectural foundation</strong> required to make those insights possible.</p> <p>In this hybrid capacity, you aren't just building dashboards; you are designing the end-to-end technical pipeline. You will bridge the gap between complex IT infrastructure and high-level business value, ensuring that our Process Mining technology is seamlessly integrated and delivering measurable ROI for the largest enterprises in Korea.</p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>The Work You’ll Do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Services Delivery </strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Implementation Projects:</strong> Drive agile project teams to transform raw customer data into process insights, from ETL through building of analytical dashboards and solutions (AI, automation) </li> <li><strong>Business Consulting:</strong> Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications across domains like Finance (P2P, O2C), Supply Chain, and Procurement.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Analytics:</strong> Build and deploy innovative operational apps enriched with <strong>AI/ML algorithms</strong> to automate manual business tasks.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Solutions Architecture Technical Onboarding</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Onboarding:</strong> Act as the first point of contact for technical stakeholders to design the Celonis architecture within the customer’s ecosystem.</li> <li><strong>Data Integration:</strong> Establish real-time integrations between source systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Celonis via <strong>APIs, ETL pipelines, and Data Streaming</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Security Identity:</strong> Advise on user management, authentication (SSO/LDAP), and IT security compliance to ensure a friction-less rollout.</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure Strategy:</strong> Evaluate customer environments (Cloud vs. On-Premise) to propose solutions that unblock deployment bottlenecks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>The Qualifications You Need</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in Data Engineering, IT Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, with direct experience in a SaaS or Big Data environment.</li> <li><strong>Technical Core:</strong> Expert proficiency in <strong>SQL</strong> and <strong>ETL processes</strong> is essential.
