As a Video Producer/ Senior Video Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and engaging our audience through high-quality video content. You'll work alongside a talented group of video producers, motion designers, photographers, and audio specialists, contributing your expertise to a wide range of exciting projects.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Celonis is looking for a versatile Video Producer to join our Creative Production team. We are currently scaling and are open to meeting both Mid-Level and Senior Producers, focusing on finding the right creative spark and technical DNA to fit our evolving team. Whether you are a rising talent looking to own end-to-end productions in a fast-paced B2B tech environment, or a seasoned strategist capable of leading complex global campaigns and vendor relations, we want to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As a Video Producer at Celonis, you will be the bridge between complex B2B software solutions and engaging visual storytelling. You will manage the full production lifecycle—from concept and collaborate with our content writing team to on-set direction and post-production oversight. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure our brand narrative is consistent, high-quality, and impactful.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities (All Levels)</strong></p> <ul> <li>End-to-End Production: Manage conceptualization, storyboarding, collaborate with scriptwriting, and delivery for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social content.</li> <li>Production Oversight: Lead on-set and remote shoots, directing talent and managing technical crews.</li> <li>Post-Production Management: Oversee editing, color grading, motion design and sound design, ensuring technical excellence and brand alignment.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to translate technical software features into human-centric stories.</li> <li>Project Management: Maintain production schedules, track budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery within marketing timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The "Senior" Distinction</strong></p> <p>Candidates being considered for the Senior level will also be expected to:</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Develop long-term video content strategies that align with global marketing and brand KPIs.</li> <li>Complexity Autonomy: Lead high-budget, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.</li> <li>Vendor Strategy: Source and negotiate with premium global production partners and agencies.</li> <li>Mentorship: Act as a creative lead, setting best practices and workflows for the wider production team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.</li> <li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video projects (B2B or Tech experience is a major plus).</li> <li>Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro) and modern production workflows (lighting, sound, cinematography).</li> <li>B2B Curiosity: A genuine interest in diving deep into software products to explain "the how and the why" of complex technology.</li> <li>Experience Levels: <ul> <li>Producer: 3–5 years of experience in a production environment.</li> <li>Senior Producer: 6+ years of experience, including strategic planning and vendor management.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> ...
