The role We need a Senior Product Designer who can tackle one of the hardest problems in AI tooling: making powerful, flexible systems feel simple and intuitive. You'll be designing configuration interfaces that balance flexibility for technical users with accessibility for non-technical annotation managers, multimodal workflows where any data type works together seamlessly, scale-aware patterns that work across millions of tasks, and complex data visualisation for AI model evaluation, data quality, and workflow analytics.
