You are comfortable operating both alone and collaboratively and understand the responsibility that comes with serving as an escalation point for affiliate channel policy, legal and compliance matters. You approach ambiguity with discipline and sound judgment, gathering facts methodically and weighing risk before recommending or making decisions. You are trusted to handle confidential information, maintain objectivity, and act in the best interest of the company and the long-term health of the affiliate channel.  You work effectively across departments — including Affiliate, Legal, Support, and Investor Relations — and are capable of balancing competing priorities and perspectives. You communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and understand that your work directly impacts risk exposure, partner relationships, and business outcomes.
