Expected to work Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends. </p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest visual merchandising standards within their store by following Reformation’s VM guidelines. This role plays a critical part in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling in-store visual merchandising. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of visual merchandising strategies that drive traffic, maximize sales, and enhance the customer experience.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate and impactful product presentation including dressing room outfits, mannequin dressing and foldings following all corporate visual guidelines and weekly directives. </li> <li>Complete Go Lives weekly in an organized and timely manner following Visual Merchandising guidelines.</li> <li>Ensure all VM equipment and props a ...
