<p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build capabilities that enable personalization and optimization at scale. This role focuses on shaping foundational systems and customer-facing functionality used to deliver personalized, high-performing digital experiences.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven products and excels at owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, responsible for defining, evolving, and ensuring a successful execution across a wide product surface that helps enterprise customers, deliver personalized experiences, and continuously optimize results. The scope includes data infrastructure, intelligent automation, and visual experiences - all powered by innovative AI capabilities.</p>
<p>This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how digital teams measure and grow their content’s impact in a fast-evolving AI-driven market.</p>
<h2><strong>What to expect? </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product capabilities, from discovery through delivery, iteration, and measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Define and evolve APIs, SDKs, and AI systems that power personalization and experimentation use cases at scale.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Engineering on system design, architectural trade-offs, scalability, and long-term technical direction.</li>
<li>Drive product decisions that support personalization at scale, including emerging agentic and automated optimization approaches.</li>
<li>Apply domain knowledge in personalization, experimentation, and optimization to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.</li>
<li>Engage directly with customers, partners, and prospects to understand needs, validate solutions, and represent the product externally.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to shape clear value propositions and customer narratives.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Research, Design, Engineering, Data, and other Product teams to deliver cohesive, extensible solutions.</li>
<li>Balance near-term delivery with longer-term investments in internal systems and technical foundations.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you need to be successful?</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager owning and shipping complex products through a full lifecycle in a B2B SaaS context.</li>
<li>Strong technical product management skills, with experience working on APIs, SDKs, or data- and platform-oriented products.</li>
<li>Ability to engage deeply with engineers on technical design, constraints, and trade-offs.</li>
<li>Domain experience in personalization, experimentation, optimization, or adjacent problem spaces.</li>
<li>Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise marketers, developers, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Clear, structured communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Comfort operating independently, making decisions in ambiguous problem spaces, and driving outcomes.</li>
