Working with the Learning Development (LD) team, you will help implement impactful programs and resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the global LD team to support learning programs and resources</li> <li>Coordinate events by scheduling speakers and facilitators, preparing materials, managing registration, overseeing day-of logistics, and collecting feedback</li> <li>Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including configuring workshops, uploading self-paced content, tracking attendance and completion, and managing learner communications</li> <li>Collaborate on monthly newsletters and program related communications</li> <li>Support the contracting process with external training vendors</li> <li>Generate and update reports on LD metrics</li> <li>Manage online learning tools, including provisioning access and tracking usage</li> <li>Build strong relationships with global HR stakeholders</li> <li>Assist with additional LD projects and initiatives as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s required</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ year of work experience in a corporate environment (inclusive of internships)</li> <li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Team player attitude and the ability to take initiative</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards </li> </ul> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.</p>
