This team partners closely with Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Construction, and Operations to embed quality into every phase of the asset lifecycle — from design intent through factory build, site installation, and long-term operation. The role serves as a critical control point for risk reduction, performance consistency, and continuous improvement across high-value, mission-critical infrastructure.</p> <h3><strong>Quality Strategy Governance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and maintain CoreWeave’s quality framework across suppliers, manufacturing partners, and field execution.</li> <li>Establish quality standards, acceptance criteria, and inspection plans aligned to engineering specifications and operational requirements.</li> <li>Own quality governance models, including escalation paths, corrective action processes, and executive reporting.</li> <li>Standardize core quality processes: NCR, deviation requests, corrective actions workflows and lessons learned mechanisms.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Supplier Manufacturing Quality</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead supplier quality onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance management for critical infrastructure vendors.</li> <li>Conduct supplier audits, FATs, and manufacturing readiness reviews to ensure conformance prior to shipment.</li> <li>Drive supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with measurable closure and sustained improvement.</li> <li>Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Engineering to incorporate quality requirements into RFPs, contracts, and Supplier Quality Agreements and documentation requirements.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Field Quality Installation Readiness</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with construction and commissioning teams to ensure equipment arrives complete, compliant, and installation-ready.</li> <li>Own Investigation and resolution of field quality issues including defects, non-conformances, installation deviations and missing documentation.</li> <li> Ensure lessons learned from field issues are systematically fed back into supplier requirements and RFPs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Data Integrity, Metrics Continuous Improvement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and track quality KPIs such as First Pass Yield, Defect Rate, NCR closure time, and Supplier Quality Scorecards.</li> <li>Define and maintain accurate quality records within QMS, ERP, and project systems to enable traceability and audit readiness.</li> <li>Apply statistical analysis and root cause methodologies to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Build dashboards and operating rhythms to support OKR and metrics (quarterly/yearly quality business reviews)</li> </ul> <p><strong>About th ...
