This executive is responsible for developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company. The VP of Client Success reports to the Chief Client Experience Officer and collaborates closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, marketing, and product development.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong><em>Customer Success Strategy:</em> </strong>Define and implement the overall customer success vision and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.</li> <li><strong><em>Primary Executive Owner of Clients:</em> </strong>Primary executive level relationship holder and executive escalation point for insurance carrier and attorney clients.</li> <li><em><strong>Team Leadership: </strong></em>Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team, fostering a customer-centric culture and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.</li> <li><em><strong>Customer Retention and Growth: </strong></em>Develop and execute proactive strategies to reduce churn, increase customer satisfaction, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.</li> <li><strong><em>Customer Health Monitoring:</em> </strong>Establish and monitor customer health metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) to identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to mitigate churn while maximizing renewals.</li> <li><em><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong></em>Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align customer success strategies with overall business objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need to Succeed</strong></p> <ul> <li>15+ years in client success, account management, or related leadership roles, preferably in support of insurance carriers or attorneys</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related (MBA is a plus)</li> <li>Proven track record of driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction at scale</li> <li>Strong Analytical mindset, with experience using CRMs and/or client success platforms</li> <li>Proven ability to work across organizations to ensure client goals are met<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What Helps You Stand Out</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes.</li> <li>Ability to develop and implement customer success strategies that align with business goals.</li> <li>Proven experience in creating and executing a strategy to drive client success metrics and KPIs forward.</li> <li>A history of building deep executive-level relationships and a history of accountability for client retention.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-BC1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><sp ...
