Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, you will operate as a force multiplier for the Solutions team—owning cross‑functional programs, driving clarity across Product and Engineering, and ensuring high‑priority initiatives are executed with speed, rigor, and accountability.</p> <p>This role is highly visible and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, operationally strong, and comfortable leading complex initiatives without formal authority. Over time, you will become a trusted execution partner to Solutions leadership and a key connector between field teams and internal product delivery.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own and operate Product Capability Requests (PCRs) end‑to‑end, including intake, refinement, prioritization, execution tracking, and communication.</li> <li>Translate customer and field‑driven technical needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting to provide real‑time visibility into program health, risks, and outcomes.</li> <li>Drive cross‑functional execution by establishing milestones, owners, timelines, and success criteria for Solutions‑owned initiatives.</li> <li>Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical context and customer impact are accurately represented in program inputs.</li> <li>Facilitate planning sessions, program reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Proactively identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependency issues, and drive resolution across teams.</li> <li>Establish lightweight, repeatable processes that enable the Solutions organization to scale effectively.</li> <li>Support additional strategic initiatives for the Solutions team, including tooling improvements, operational programs, and enablement efforts.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Metrics:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Program Execution Effectiveness – On‑time and on‑outcome delivery of critical Solutions‑owned initiatives.</li> <li>Reduction in Time‑to‑Decision – Decreased cycle time from PCR intake to Product or Engineering decision.</li> <li>PCR Throughput Quality – Volume of PCRs processed with clear technical requirements and minimal rework.</li> <li>Cross‑Functional Execution Efficiency – Improved collaboration speed and reduced friction across Solutions, Product, and Engineering.</li> <li>Operational Visibility Reporting – Accuracy and adoption of Jira‑based dashboards providing leadership insight into program status and risks.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Operations, or a related role within a technical organization.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Jira, including workflow design, issue tracking, dashboards, and reporting.</li> <li>Technical fluency across cloud infras ...
