As a <strong>Senior Machine Learning Engineer</strong>, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning solutions that power BILL's next-generation products. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-impact environment where your expertise will directly influence the company's growth and the experience of millions of users.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges in the fintech domain</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions</li> <li>Analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights to drive product innovation</li> <li>Evaluate, optimize, and monitor model performance in production, ensuring reliability and accuracy over time</li> <li>Contribute to the development and improvement of AI workflows, agentic evaluation and best practices within the team</li> <li>Document methodologies, experiments, and results to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility</li> <li>Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise to elevate team capabilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience building and deploying <strong>machine learning models</strong> in production environments</li> <li>Strong programming skills in <strong>Python</strong> and familiarity with ML frameworks such as <strong>TensorFlow</strong>, <strong>PyTorch</strong>, or <strong>scikit-learn</strong></li> <li>Previous experience with <strong>OCR extraction</strong> and <strong>NLP methodologies</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>AI agents </strong>and strong experience with <strong>LLMs</strong></li> <li>Ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets using statistical and data analysis techniques</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams</li> <li>A problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Visa Sponsorship: </strong> Please note that this position<strong> is eligible</strong> for visa sponsorship.
