As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h3>ABOUT THE TEAM</h3> <p><span>An onsite role in midtown Atlanta, GA, responsible for the development and implementation of </span><span>Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs to comply with federal, state, and local</span><br><span>regulations.</span></p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p><span>Individual will work in manufacturing, test and RD environments focusing on </span><span>EHS programs such as occupational safety, chemical management, incident management, </span><span>ergonomics, industrial hygiene, storm water management, air emissions, regulated waste, etc.</span></p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><span>Assist accident/incidents investigations, analyze root causes, and implement preventative </span><span>actions </span></li> <li><span>Serve as EHS interface and liaison with employees, managers, customers, auditors and </span><span>regulators</span></li> <li><span>Identify workplace safety hazards and conditions for job-related tasks by performing and </span><span>documenting safety inspections</span></li> <li><span>Heavy collaboration with other departments to help guide, teach and influence safe </span><span>behaviors in the workplace</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for hazardous waste management, including proper handling, labeling, and </span><span>storage</span></li> <li><span>Recognize requirements and ensure compliance to safety programs and standards </span><span>including: hazard communication, fall protection, respiratory protection, lockout/tag-out</span><br><span>(LOTO), machine guarding, power hand-held tools, electrical, emergency response, </span><span>and chemical management</span></li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li><span>4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health and safety </span><span>programs</span></li> <li><span>Experience in 29 CFR 1910 General Industry</span></li> <li><span>Experience in 40 CFR Parts 260-279 Hazardous Waste Management</span></li> <li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective at engaging with leadership, </span><span>regulators, front-line staff, and third-party partners</span></li> <li><span>Capability to manage multiple activities/projects and deadlines</span></li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li><span>Well-rounded ESH professional who is comfortable being the sole EHS person on site</span></li> <li><span>Manufacturing experience</span></li> <li><span>Experience with lithium battery safety</span></li> <li><span>High energy individual who craves the opportunity to build a system vs just manage one</span></li> <li><span>Natural tendency towards challenging the status quo to find new and novel ways to improve EHS management systems<br>A person who leans into challenges instead of saying ‘no’ and walking away</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$98,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$129,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an ...
