That said, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals and so you have choice in where and how you work.</p><p><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>The Implementation team at Canva plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock the full value of Canva Enterprise. We help organizations streamline workflows, maintain brand consistency, accelerate campaign launches, and foster design independence—all while ensuring security and scalability.</p><p>As part of this dynamic global team, you’ll drive user engagement and adoption, with a goal of having at least 80% of users actively creating designs in Canva. Together, we make implementation a key differentiator that deepens customer success.<br>

<strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join Canva’s Global Implementation team as a foundational member. You’ll partner with enterprise and strategic customers for 3–4 months to lead smooth, value-driven implementations—from product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption and engagement.</p><p>As a product expert and trusted advisor, you’ll ensure customers are empowered, confident, and fully equipped to design and grow with Canva—directly contributing to our shared success and mission.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Become a Canva product expert –</strong><strong> </strong>Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboardings, ensuring customers realize the full value of Canva’s platform.</li><li><strong>Partner 1:1 with clients –</strong><strong> </strong>Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva’s best practices with each customer’s business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.</li><li><strong>Drive customer timelines and adoption – </strong>Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva’s best practices, and ensure strong product engagement.</li><li><strong>Co-build implementation processes – </strong>Collaborate to refine processes and best practices, ensuring team success.</li><li><strong>Understand customer use cases – </strong>Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Center and product experience.</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about empowering customers to succeed with Canva. You’re a problem solver who loves to dig into product details, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and find creative solutions to challenges. You’re motivated by the opportunity to help our clients unlock the full value of Canva, and you excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
