We also drive cross-functional collaboration and are focused on delivering measurable business outcomes. </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Architect, Finance and Legal Technologies</strong> will define and deliver the technology architecture strategy across Finance and Legal functions, enabling data-driven decision-making, automation, and operational excellence. This role will combine deep technical expertise with innovative thinking to modernize and optimize core enterprise systems — including <strong>NetSuite or Oracle (ERP)</strong>, <strong>Conga</strong>, <strong>Anaplan</strong>, and <strong>Xactly</strong>. The successful candidate will leverage <strong>AI, machine learning (ML)</strong>, <strong>NLP</strong>, and <strong>intelligent automation</strong> to reimagine traditional financial and legal processes/systems, enabling predictive insights, streamlined operations, and smarter compliance.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing </strong></p> <p><strong>Enterprise Solution Architecture:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the target-state architecture for Finance and Legal applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and growth objectives.</li> <li>Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end architectural solutions for Finance and Legal systems, ensuring integration, scalability, and performance across the enterprise.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for modernization across ERP, FPA, Legal, and Sales Compensation systems.</li> <li>Ensure systems are designed with identity-first security principles, integrating with Okta and other IAM solutions for authentication, authorization, and compliance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI and ML Solution Design:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Architect and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize finance and legal processes — such as predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, spend optimization, contract risk scoring, and intelligent reconciliation.</li> <li>Partner with Enterprise AI team to operationalize AI/ML Solution/ models within GA functions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.</li> <li>Have the working knowledge with any of the LLM like Gemini, OpenAI or Claude</li> </ul> <p><strong>System Integration and Data Strategy:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure seamless data flow across ERP (NetSuite/Oracle), Coupa, Scout, Anaplan, Conga, and Xactly systems using APIs and middleware (Boomi). Define unified data models to support analytics and AI consumption.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Innovation Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to embed generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and large language model (LLM) capabilities into core <strong>Finance and Legal processes</strong>, including financial reporting, close management, reconciliation, contract lifecycle management, and legal document automation.</li> <li>Functional and Technical Design, and lead hands-on proof of concepts (POCs) and AI-driven au ...
