<p><span data-contrast="auto">We’re hiring an Analyst to join our global Quoting Operations team. This role is embedded directly in the revenue engine — partnering with Sales, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Channel, Legal, Security, and Order Operations to ensure deals move cleanly from opportunity to booking. You’ll play a critical role in:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Supporting our RFP Security Questionnaire program</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proactively monitoring deal and data hygiene</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partnering on strategic deal reviews and approvals</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Driving continuous process improvement through Revenue Operations projects </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Partner with Sales on complex quotes, renewals, and upsell transactions, ensuring clean opportunity structure and quote accuracy in Salesforce</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Lead pre-booking reviews and approval workflows, proactively identifying risk before deals reach Order Operations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Support the global RFP and Security Questionnaire program end-to-end, driving timely, high-quality responses</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain and improve response libraries, templates, and documentation to increase speed and consistency</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Monitor dashboards and renewal reports to proactively correct data gaps, pricing discrepancies, and revenue risks</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Support strategic deal reviews, governance, and pricing compliance in partnership with Sales Ops and Deal Desk</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Contribute to global initiatives that improve deal hygiene, seller experiences, and deal velocity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":566,"335559738":4,"335559991":283}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We’re looking for someone with:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">1-4 years proven experience in sales support, deal management, or related roles.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":4}"> </span></li>
