At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.

We are looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to lead our visual development and design strategy. The systems you shape will influence enterprise adoption, developer activation, ecosystem growth, and how AI-native websites are built. You will work closely with engineering and product partners to turn complex technical concepts into intuitive, powerful experiences.

You will champion a builder culture that encourages teams to explore ideas through making, validate concepts quickly, and bring clarity to complex problems. You will set a high bar for craft, mentor designers, and redefine how AI can transform both designer workflows and design systems.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own a multi-team portfolio spanning product features, extensible platform pattern, define long-term strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership, and ensure design investment translates into measurable outcomes.
