Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: <em><strong>making a real difference in students' lives</strong></em>.</p> <p>We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make.</p> <h2><strong>Compensation Benefits</strong></h2> <ul> <li>$70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session</li> <li><strong>Flexible Manageable Caseload:</strong> Minimum of just 5 sessions per week—perfect for work-life balance</li> </ul> <h2>Flexibility Clinical Support</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Fully Remote:</strong> Work from anywhere in the U.S.</li> <li><strong>Flexible Schedule:</strong> Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.</li> <li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong> We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care</li> <li><strong>Supportive Clinical Community:</strong> Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions</li> <li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Continuing education credits and ongoing training</li> </ul> <h1>Role Responsibilities</h1> <ul> <li>Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment</li> <li>Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions</li> <li>Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers</li> </ul> <h1>Qualifications</h1> <ul> <li><strong>Licensed Professional</strong> with <strong>LCSW</strong>, <strong>LPCC</strong>, <strong>LMFT, or LP</strong> credentials in the <strong>State of California</strong></li> <li><strong>Passion for youth mental health</strong>: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences</li> <li><strong>Experience working with teens and youth</strong> ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings</li> <li><strong>Comfortable with telehealth</strong>: Experience providing telehealth services</li> </ul> <h1>Our Commitment to Diversity</h1> <p>Daybreak Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
