Senior Data Scientist

Senior Data Scientist Subsets (YC S23) is an early-stage startup building the future of AI-driven subscription growth. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll join the early team to build and own the ML/AI models and feature engineering systems that power CRM and lifecycle insights for millions of subscribers. What you will do - develop and deploy machine learning models that drive subscriber retention, churn prediction, and lifecycle optimization. - own and develop new data science features from conception to deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability across our product. - design and implement data pipelines and feature engineering workflows that feed production ML systems. - deepen our predictive capabilities to unlock new product features and insights for our customers. - ensure model quality and data integrity through proper validation, monitoring, and performance tracking. - building pipelines for LLMs on proprietary experimental data to develop RAG systems for personalized lifecycle initiatives - work in a lean, high-performing team where you will have a significant impact and assume high levels of responsibility. Tech Stack - Python, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, dbt, Terraform You may be a good fit if you have - worked with our tech stack. - built and deployed production machine learning models. - experience with experiment design and A/B testing. - experience with Google Cloud Platform. - a degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, statistics or a related field. - a strong bias toward action and the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, loosely defined environments. - an "anti-meeting" culture mindset and value focused work time. - location: This is a Copenhagen-based onsite role — we believe the best ideas happen together, in person.
