<p>Pulse Nursing are now offering a variety of shifts across AE departments in the North London area. Working with Pulse will open new doors in your healthcare career and allow you to develop further in your field.</p>
<p>Our AE nurses are well-equipped with the abilities to work in these fast-paced environments with a high quality of care to patients. We highly value our nurses and strive to ensure they have a healthy work-life balance through the option of flexible working hours.</p>
<p>Pulse Nursing have recently secured a Tier 0 status with five well established trusts in North Central London. Having a Tier 0 status means that we receive advanced notice of shifts before other agencies, with exclusivity of these shifts.</p>
<p>We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full-time equivalent hours, in the Highgate area (closest station is Archway) paying between £20.00 - £37.55 per hour.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Registered AE Nurse Responsibilities Includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Doing the initial patient examination to assess the patient’s needs</li>
<li>Fixing dressings and administering medication for pain relief</li>
<li>Determining what department the patient needs to be referred to</li>
<li>Completing all paperwork including discharge forms</li>
<li>Talking with the paramedics and taking over the patient’s care</li>
<li>Making arrangements to admit patients into hospital if needed</li>
<li>Working with doctors to keep patients and their family members updated on test results or treatment recommendations</li>
<li>Maintaining contact with laboratory personnel to report any initial lab findings back to the AE doctors</li>
<li>Taking basic observations, including pulse, blood pressure and oxygen saturation</li>
</ul>

<p>Registered AE Nurse Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>NMC Registration 6 months</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting</li>
<li>To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV</li>
<li>Right to work within the UK – Proof will be required.</li>
</ul>
