A&E (Accident & Emergency) Nurses, Merseyside

<p>Pulse Nursing are delighted to be offering a variety of shifts within AE Departments in the Merseyside area for AE Nurses.<br>Our AE Nurses will deliver treatments to patients with injuries and serious illnesses in a busy and demanding AE setting. No shift in this AE department, is ever the same, you will face many different case types whilst providing an invaluable service to individuals in a critical time of need. </p> <p>Pulse Nursing are offering a number of shift patterns and flexible shifts across day and night hours in friendly and welcoming teams. </p> <p>Rates for the AE Nurse are between £22.00 to £39.12 PH</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>AE Nurse responsibilities includes:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Triaging patients upon arrival, assessing their condition, and prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition.</li> <li>Administering initial treatments and interventions to stabilize patients, providing life-saving measures when necessary.</li> <li>Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions.</li> <li>Assisting the medical team in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting the results.</li> <li>Administering medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed by physicians.</li> <li>Initiating and maintaining intravenous access for patients requiring fluids and medications.</li> <li>Assisting with minor procedures, wound care, and patient immobilization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>AE Nurse role Requirements:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>NMC Registration 6 months </li> </ul> <ul> <li>6 months experience in AE in the last 12 months- able to provide 2 clinical references for verification covering the last 3 years of work.</li> <li>To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health for full EPP and Updated CV.</li> <li>Right to work within the UK – Documented proof will be required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> As an AE Nurse, the benefits for you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Weekly Pay </li> <li>Holiday pay for PAYE workers </li> <li>A range of payment options: PAYE, PSC/LTD and Umbrella </li> <li>Our online app to view and book shifts 24/7, helping to manage your availability and view pay rates. </li> <li>Access to additional voluntary free high-quality training and development </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Free uniform </li> <li>Uncapped Recommend a Friend scheme – earn up to £500 per referral </li> </ul>
