This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a large, supportive team, providing essential rehabilitation services to adults in the community. If you have the required experience and a passion for community care, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities:<br></u></strong>As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in their homes, requiring the ability to travel within the community with a maximum travel time of around 20 minutes. You will manage a diverse caseload, excluding stroke patients, and provide personalized rehabilitation plans. Your role will involve picking up four new patients per week and scheduling follow-up appointments. While knowledge about falls is beneficial, we offer training to ensure you are well-prepared.
