<p><strong><u>Opening Paragraph:<br></u></strong>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Rehab Physiotherapist to join the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality rehabilitation services to adults in the community. <p><strong><u>Responsibilities:<br></u></strong>As a Band 6 Locum Rehab Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing rehabilitation physiotherapy services to adults in the community, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment plans. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments, implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support. This position requires at least two years of experience as a Band 6 HCPC registered Physiotherapist, with recent experience in community rehabilitation and NHS settings within the last six months.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Experiences:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years’ experience working as a Band 6 HCPC registered Physiotherapist.</li>
<li>Recent experience working with adults in the community within the last 3-6 months.</li>
<li>Recent experience in rehabilitation physiotherapy within the last 6 months.</li>
<li>NHS experience within the last 6 months.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
