<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions tailored to individual needs</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with education and care teams to embed trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware practices</li>
<li>Provide consultation, reflective practice, and training to staff</li>
<li>Advocate for the voice and wellbeing of the children and young people you support</li>
<li>Contribute to service development and evidence-based practice</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3>
<p>Essential:</p>
<ul>
<li>HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist</li>
<li>Experience working with children and young people with neurodiverse or SEMH needs</li>
<li>Ability to travel – full UK driving licence required</li>
</ul>
<p>Desirable:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in education or care settings</li>
<li>Skills in consultation and service development</li>
</ul>
