<p></p> <p><strong>Step 3 CBT Team Leader – Talking Therapies Service</strong></p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Hybrid – 3 days in service, 2 days from home<br><strong>Accreditation:</strong> Must be BABCP accredited<br><strong>Supervision Training:</strong> Desirable but not essential<br><strong>Supervisory Experience:</strong> Essential</p> <hr> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re recruiting for an experienced and passionate <strong>High Intensity CBT Team Leader / Step 3 Team Leader</strong> to join a innovative and successful Talking Therapies service. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team delivering evidence-based psychological therapies within a person-centred, holistic, and accessible wellbeing model.</p> <p>As a Team Leader, you’ll manage your own caseload while inspiring and supporting your team to meet both service and individual targets. You’ll bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to improving mental health outcomes. Experience in supervising therapists is essential, and while IAPT Supervision Course training is desirable, it’s not a requirement.</p> <p> </p> <p></p>
