<p><strong>Banding:</strong> Band 7 (with preceptorship to 8a for newly qualified Psychologists)<br><strong>Location:</strong> Pontypridd, South Wales<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Full-time (flexibility considered)<br><strong>Salary:</strong> Band 7 equivalent, based on experience</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, risk assessments, and formulations</li>
<li>Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, CFT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy</li>
<li>Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support service users with complex mental health needs and personality disorders</li>
<li>Contribute to staff well-being programmes and offer relationally focused supervision</li>
<li>Engage in audit, research, and networking opportunities across Iris Care Group services</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>HCPC registration as a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist (essential)</li>
<li>Experience working with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours</li>
<li>Interest in personality disorder interventions (DBT training desirable; training available)</li>
<li>Newly qualified psychologists are encouraged to apply – preceptorship to Band 8a offered</li>
